EA/Roadshow Coordinator – 1 year contract

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a boutique Investment firm based in the heart of the Mayfair.  They are looking for an EA/Roadshow Coordinator to join their busy and dynamic team on a fixed term contract of 12 months. The role is extremely exciting and varied, no day will ever be the same!

While EA duties are integral to the business, where the role will add real success is being part of the capital raising roadshow process through the combination of accurate planning, organisation and relationship building. A highly interactive role where the successful candidate must find the balance between being personable as well as professional in order to ensure excellent communication and relationships with new and future clients.

Key experience of complex travel prone to last minute changes and management of logistical roadshow schedules is essential plus organisation of client entertaining events and conferences.

A competitive salary up to £45k is offered with this role alongside an excellent benefits package and discretionary bonus.
