Front of House Receptionist

One of our clients, an award winning PR agency located in the heart of London, are looking for a warm, client focused Front of House Receptionist to join their team.

As the Front of House Receptionist you will be the face of the company, liaising with exclusive corporate clients. As such, your responsibilities in this role would include, but not be limited to:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, always providing first class service.
• Ensuring that the Front of House area is looked after, that all calls are answered in a polite and professional manner and that the meeting rooms are booked in an efficient way.
• Setting up meeting rooms before client visits; ensuring that the rooms are tidy, that catering is supplied and that any technical equipment is set up.
• Ordering necessary office supplies
• Booking couriers and taxis and provide general admin support.
• Attend Front of House meetings on a regular basis.
• Assist on internal projects, and when the company is organising events.

For the Front of House Receptionist role they are looking for the following experience/skills:

• Some experience working on a Front of House desk.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and the ability to multitask.
• Someone who prides themselves in running a front of house desk that will convey professionalism and provide first class service.
• Education to degree level or relevant experience that might compensate for this.
