PA- Maternity Contract- FINANCE

A West End investment firm are looking for a PA to join their team for a Maternity contract of 9-12 months. With an international name and business this is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a well-established investment company through a Maternity contract period. The PA will be supporting a team of 7 in an investment team with all secretarial and PA duties working in stunning offices and really welcoming environment!

PA responsibilities:

*Supporting a team of 7
*Diary management and travel arrangements
*International travel and making detailed itineraries
*Meet and Greet
*Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing documents, refreshments etc.
*Organising international video calls
*Prioritising workload, assisting with deadlines
*Assisting with projects
*Liaising with suppliers
*Managing individual expenses
*Ad hoc administrative tasks

Essential qualities:

*4-5 years' PA experience
*Experience working with different time zones
*Capacity to support a team
*Excellent communication skills
*Organisation and attention to detail
*Multi-tasker
*Enthusiastic worker with a great work ethic!
