PA and Office Manager -  12 month FTC     

An immediately available Personal Assistant is required to support three Directors in a successful fund group in Mayfair. The company boasts helpful and supportive staff at all levels so only candidates with a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude will suit this role and company culture.

On the PA side you’ll support Directors with international travel, diary, expenses, meetings and events. Candidates will also perform Office Management and Facilities duties; overseeing a small office refurb, reviewing suppliers and supporting the Reception.

We are looking for a candidate with strong PA instincts that can also offer hands on support in the office. A strong team player with a cheery and helpful disposition is needed for this fabulous 12-month opportunity.
