Our client, and international company based in Surrey, are looking for a first class Personal Assistant to start ASAP paying a competitive salary.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Complex diary management,
  • Providing proactive support and management of arrangements
  • Extensive travel arrangement and organising complicated itineraries
  • Managing logistics, including car transfers and chauffer bookings
  • Responding to post and email enquiries
  • Providing an effective response to all visitors and enquiries by phone
  • Responsible for monthly expenses
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Assisting with the setup of meetings including booking meeting rooms, catering, AV and confirming details with attendees in a timely manner
  • Creating presentations/reports
  • Updating and maintain telephone lists and contact details
  • Coordinating and maintaining the databases
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and follow up on actions
  • Assisting with events

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a high performance, fast paced organisation. You need to have strong communication skills, both oral and written, be able to use your own initiative, work effectively under pressure and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. You must be able to prioritise a demanding work load whilst keeping in control, have high attention to detail, be flexible and have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
