A Business Management Consultancy with flawless brand new offices in the city is looking for an Office Manager to step in and become the hub to a team of 60! This is an energetic role with many strings to its bow. The Office Manager must always be one step ahead of the game, have excellent communication skills and being able to build relationships with all types of characters! The Office Manager will be responsible for elements of HR and providing IT support as well as embodying the full role of Office Manager in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Office presentation
*Office supplies E.G utilities, stationary, kitchen facilities
*IT support
*Responsible for setting up new employees
*Managing employee records
*Liaise with external companies and suppliers
*Manage post and filing
*Deal with all general enquieries
*Ad hoc administrative tasks to support the running of the office
Essential Qualities:
*Experience in IT
*Experience in HR
*Experience as an Office Manager in a medium to large office
*Proactive attitude
*Can-do approach to all problems!
*Problem solver
