Our client is a boutique executive search firm with a lovely collegiate feel among the small team of 15 people! Based in a large open plan office in a great location in the City (accessible from Bank, Mansion House, St Paul's and Cannon Street) there is a relaxed feel in the office of Professionals.

They are looking for an Office Assistant to undertake all the office management and be the go to person to keep the office running! Your duties will include:

  • Ordering office supplies/stationary etc.
  • Liaising with suppliers (eg. Landlord, IT, etc)
  • Looking after the meeting rooms
  • Meeting and greeting guests & answering the phone
  • Some PA support to the Managing Partner and Founder where necessary
  • Ad hoc personal PA work.

The right candidate will be organised and enjoy putting systems in place and keeping on top of them. You will have a good sense of humour and thrive on being the go-to person for the team. You must be solution driven and keen to engage with the varied tasks you will have.
