A prestigious consultancy  firm with beautiful offices in Central London are looking for a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

As first point of contact for all visitors from high profile clients to internal international clients and as the ‘face of the company’ it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong organisational skills and are immaculately presented at all times.

Working as part of a small team of receptionists, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting of clients, managing a busy reception and directing telephone calls to the appropriate team, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, booking and preparing meeting rooms and assisting with all over flow PA duties like stationery ordering, booking taxis etc. Hours are on a rota basis so must be able to work from 7.30am with the lastest finish at 6.30pm

Skills and experience required:
  • Previous demonstrable reception experience would be a beneficial.
  • Confident, articulate communication skills with the desire to help in any way possible.
