Enthusiastic PA (6 month contract - perm)

Enthusiastic, proactive and high energy Team PA / Executive Assistant needed who is keen to learn and wants to really get involved and progress. This is a 6 month PA / Personal Assistant contract starting ASAP with a view to going perm next year. Phenomenal opportunity for a Team PA / Assistant with a brilliant attitude to take on a busy PA / EA / Team Assistant role supporting 2 Partners predominantly, and the wider Portfolio Team when needed.

The Portfolio team has extremely interesting clients and the PA / PA to Partners will be encouraged to get really involved with the team’s work – they are hard-working, dynamic, and have a wonderful reputation internally for being lovely and hardworking.

This role is 80% classic PA / PA to Director duties, with 20% events support (this may change in future):

• Complex diary and global travel itineraries
• Preparing all paperwork for meetings
• Heavy liaison with portfolio companies – this PA / PA to Directors should have fantastic relationship building skills!
• Arranging events, forums, dinners, social events, client events etc.
• PowerPoint presentations and research
• Working closely with other PAs / Executive Assistants in team

There will be ample opportunity for this PA / PA to Partners to gain valuable commercial exposure and get more involved in future. The pace here is super fast so they are looking for an Assistant / PA / EA / PA to Directors who is highly focussed, thrives on challenges, has high expectations of themselves and most importantly who has a great sense of humour and loves working in a team.
