We are recruiting a Revenue and Invoicing Coordinator for a talent management company based in central London, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within project finance. as a Revenue and Invoicing Coordinator you will have experience of invoicing and be able to deal with multiple projects at once.

Duties

  • Liaising with client personnel across multiple sites and departments (around 300) to ensure that their invoicing requirements are understood, documented and met
  • Validating client PO numbers with the relevant clients
  • Confirming and validating the application of client remittances from Worldpay and credit card payments/funds to the Finance team
  • Validating the application of the financial approval system which is being implemented in some departments
  • Instructing the Finance team on billing parties, providing invoice details, amounts and timing
  • Setting up engagements on PSA (project management system) in line with project requirements, review completeness of costs on projects within PSA with programme managers and follow up on any missing time, ensuring costs for sub-contractors which have been approved are correctly recorded and provide associated data to Project Managers
  • Ensure that client remittances are receive and resolving invoicing queries on a timely basis
  • Authorization of invoice payments to contractors

You will have excellent attention to detail and will have experience in all of the above. We are ideally looking for someone from a professional services background with a finance related degree
