Graduate Associate Consultant – £20K – £25K + OTE 

A high-end, reputable Executive Support recruitment firm who specialise in placing PA’s and EA’s in to financial intuitions is searching for an Associate Consultant to join their team. To become an Associate Consultant within this firm you will need to be friendly, driven and entrepreneurial to mirror the consultants within the firm!  

Basic: £20k- £25k  

OTE:  OTE £35k Year 1, £60k Year 2, £90k Year 3 

Location: West End

What will I do?

• Headhunting, searching on job boards, networking, advert writing
• Screening candidates on the phone, selling job roles on the phone
• Going to networking events
• PR and social media
• Working as a team and supporting the consultants
• Learning and using existing knowledge of the executive support industry, specifically into financial institutions and firms
