We are recruiting for a property company based in the West end this is an exciting new temp - perm opportunity for someone who has a strong background in administration with Marketing Experience.

The role will start asap.

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the management and implementation of a range of marketing activity
  • Build strong relationships with the admin staff and support them in the development and creation of marketing materials and brand related activity financial administration
  • Manage, update and drive traffic to the intranet page – good working knowledge of SharePoint necessary
  • Monitoring and evaluating weekly competitor coverage and generating monthly reports and analysis.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with keeping the existing website content and presentation updated
  • E-Marketing: create and implement e-marketing campaigns using MailChimp, for example, targeted mail shots and newsletters
  • Assist with event management
  • General office and team administration
  • Arranging and booking appropriate travel, meetings and restaurants
  • Managing job lists, project profiles, supplier lists and contact databases
  • Typing and formatting documents in Word that would include: agendas; minutes; letters; project specific documents; CVs, RFIs, PQQ
  • Updating CVs
  • Formatting and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Tracking project information in Excel and possibly other bespoke systems
  • Binding /scanning/ filing documentation

You will be available for work immediately and will be looking for long term work. You will have experience within marketing and administration
