Christmas Temp Receptionist

We are looking for temporary receptionists to be available over the Christmas period and early January for a range of clients within creative or corporate sectors.  All receptionist roles will be based in West End or London City. Assignments may vary between one day and one month (ongoing).

Receptionist positions paying between £10.00 and £12.00 per hour.

As a busy receptionist, you must be able to have strong communication skills with high attention to detail.

On a day to day basis you will be expected to:

• Have a clear understanding using a switchboard/phone system
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Dealing with telephone enquiries (transferring calls, taking messages, etc)
• Utilise MS Office Suite efficiently
• Manage reception area & maintain tidiness
• Maintain inventory and office supplies
