PA to MD

We have a fabulous position for a PA to support a successful founding MD of an expanding shipping company.  Based in their open plan and buzzy offices in the heart of central London, the PA will be a pivotal member of the sociable and friendly team.  You will be a resilient PA who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.  This is an extremely varied role and he is looking for a PA who will be just as happy running errands for him and his family as liaising with clients on business matters.  The successful PA will be extremely organised and you will be used to creating order from a disorganised workload.  You will be a true right hand PA; booking international travel arrangements, managing his very busy diary, keeping track of his appointments, pre-empting situations that may occur, booking and researching new restaurants, booking personal appointments whilst also running errands and competing ad hoc requests as required.  This is a fabulous opportunity for a flexible and capable PA who is looking to work for a dynamic and well respected MD.  Please apply immediately to avoid disappointment!
