Key Responsibilities:
Operational
• To manage the complete start to end helpdesk process.
• To liaise with on site, catering, security, front of house, maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure effective delivery of all ISS services on site
• To liaise with offsite ISS service delivery teams to ensure effective delivery of all ISS services
• To engage regularly with the Technical Services division within ISS Technical particularly with regard to the satellite sites.
• To coordinate the services of visiting contractors and suppliers and to ensure effective communication with ISS in house teams.
• To interface, communicate and support, as required with client.
• Providing reports and monitoring the performance measurement system associated with ISS service delivery requirement.
• Liaison with the client representatives and customers as necessary.
• Amend, bring up to date and issue documents, reports and instructions as and when required.
• Undertake safety and cleaning audits of the building
• Coordinate staff movements on the ground and act as a first point of contact for day to day operations
• Be conversant with the company’s Health and Safety policy and ensure it is adhered to in all respects.
• Input into monthly report in relation to H&S matters and bring to the attention of management and staff any circumstances where the health and safety of team, suppliers or client staff is put at risk.
• Support the Account Manager in all matters related to administration, H&S and the quality Management System.
• Ensure all operating procedures for the team are up to date and communicated
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience of the facilities industry at an administrative/supervisory level
• Preferable past experience in operating a helpdesk or similar CAFM (computer aided facilities management) system
• Experience in data base administration with particular emphasis on budget tracking and reporting
• Experience in a similar environment and facilities service provision with some building operational or maintenance knowledge
