This is an exciting, new position as a Client Relationship Manager, working for a close-knit, start-up consultancy firm that is rapidly growing; allowing huge scope for development and variety within the role. They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, articulate candidate, who will have a real positive impact from the start and really ‘muck in’. They are a young team, looking for someone to come on board and ultimately grow with them as they expand, develop, and excel.
Based in a beautiful location in the heart of London, Marylebone, the role will largely incorporate managing and maintaining client relations and delivering exceptional customer service to their clientele; acting as first point of clients for clients; dealing with client requests and somewhat acting as a gatekeeper. As you progress, you will assist the company build strong new, business networks and be highly responsible for managing these connections. You will also be involved with elements of recruitment as well as overseeing the day to day office administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a real ‘can do’ attitude and have the ability to use their initiative. Excellent written and spoken English is also key, as well as precise attention to detail, due to the unlimited client facing aspect of the role. This is a unique opportunity for a bubbly individual who is looking to really make an impact and facilitate the running and expanding of a business.
