This company, recognised as a global leader in its field, is seeking an adaptable, highly organised Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of their South London based office.
Providing wide ranging PA support to a number of Partners, you will be responsible for managing diaries and booking travel, responding to correspondence on behalf of the team, and preparing proposals and tender responses.
Other duties of the Personal Assistant will include drafting presentations, client billing, liaising with HR with regards to onboarding new employees, as well as ensuring that full administrative support is providing, in terms of archiving and retrieval, and scanning and filing of important documentation.
To secure this great opportunity working for a firm recognised for their supportive and progressive working environment, you will require previous experience as a PA within the Professional Services arena, as well as experience of coordinating complex travel.
You will be able to prioritise a varied workload, possess a proven track record of organising events and conferences, as well as offering strong MS Office skills, and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
