Office Administrator/PA to CEO-£26,000
You must be immediately available**
We have an excellent ongoing temporary position vacant within a financial association in the South of the City. We are looking for a confident, mature individual who has PA experience at board level and has a proactive approach to their work.
Key responsibilities will include not be excluded to:
•    Taking minutes at meetings
•    managing and producing emails and correspondence, filing, scanning and faxing
•    Preparation of confidential management and organising reports/presentations
•    Managing telephone/email inquiries and correspondence when required
•    Making travel and visit arrangements including flights, visas and ground transportation
•    Making arrangements for meetings,including booking rooms and catering
•    Keeping on top of day to day diary management
About you:
•    Confident and mature approach to your work
•    Strong PA experience and senior board level
•    Confident with Microsoft packages-experience with Doodle Poll and Mail Chimp will be     advantageous
•    Experience with minute taking
•    Great attention to detail
•    Strong communication skills both written and verbal
