This leading Central London firm is seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to join their busy Front of House team and offer an exceptional client facing service.

If you are a personable, experienced Corporate Receptionist with a proven track record of working as part of a busy team within a Professional Services environment, then this is the role for you!

The Reception team meet and greet all visitors to Reception, ensuring that the firm's 15 meeting rooms are prepared at all times and dealing with any client requests during meetings.

Working with the Hospitality team to ensure refreshments are available, as well as making the Facilities team aware of any issues, the Reception role is a pivotal one where excellent stakeholder management skills will be key.

Other Reception responsibilities include booking taxis and couriers, approving invoices, and managing the access card system.

The successful Receptionist will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working for a medium sized Professional Services firm as part of a wider Reception team - as well as strong communication skills, a proactive 'can do attitude' will be essential to thrive in this position.
