The role involves helping the team with all their admin needs (including visas, flights etc). Extensive diary and email management. Some events organisation as well as ad hoc admin jobs. 

This role needs a switched on, enthusiastic person who is ready to get stuck in to an exciting team within a great global ad agency. Would suit a Team Assistant with buckets of enthusiasm and some creative flair.
