PA

Fantastic role, well suited to someone who enjoys lots of variety and working autonomously. 

We are currently recruiting for someone to join an investment firm based in the City on a permanent basis. Your role will be extremely varied and include PA support to two Directors, but will certainly not be limited to this! 

Further to the PA duties, you will be responsible for the office management and also supporting the wider business of administrative duties. The company are a relatively small operation in terms of staff so it's very much a "all hands on deck" type attitude here. 

Other tasks will include organising events and dinners, responding to client and investor queries, organising travel plans, etc. 

This role will suit someone who has worked as a PA, EA or Team Assistant previously (ideally for another investment firm, but this is not essential). You will need to be able to demonstrate a proactive working approach and be able to get on with tasks with minimal supervision.
