We are looking for a top candidate for a maternity cover at an innovative, fun and friendly company based in South West London. This company is eager to find someone who fits in with the “ethos” of their company, share their core values and assist in all areas of support.

You will be a team player, working in a dual role that combines Team PA duties with office management. You will be the glue holding the office together, keeping tabs on a busy and versatile team whist ensuring a smooth running of this office. This team relies on their administrator to make sure they are where they need to be and when, as well as having support for internal and external meetings, replenishing stock and generally being on hand to help with anything adhoc that may arise.

This role is more about communication over than experience. If you a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to assist a busy office whilst potentially picking up other projects should you find the time, then this is the role for you.

We are looking for someone with a personality who can fit in with a busy and varied team, getting on with everyone and making sure your voice is heard in an open plan, incredibly fun and creative office space.
