Part-time Financial Services Telesales Manager £20K+ bonus

Relationship management team is looking for a talented new team member, to oversee business development with both new and existing clients.

The role will require:

• Basic math skills
• Sales experience
• Preferred but not essential track record in financial services sales environment
• Preferred past experience promoting financial products e.g. insurance, mortgages, investments, loans
• Ability to work within a team
• Skill to build strong client relationships quickly
• Excellent telephone manner
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude to client management
• Microsoft office skills

Key Result Areas:

• Achievement of agreed daily call targets
• Ensuring clients are always presented in a positive manner
• Compliance with all existing company systems, procedures and work practices
• Establishing of excellent interpersonal relationships with clients, suppliers, employees and other outside agencies

Experience and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be driven, hardworking and an excellent communicator. Candidate will ideally have sales or telesales experience and be open to studying and passing the CF1.
