This is a fantastic opportunity for a business/private EA to play an important part in the start-up of an exciting new business located in The City.  As EA to the Executive Chairman, your role will be widely varied and will require support on a multitude of tasks, both business and private, affecting the Chairman.  The role will also include assistance to other members of the Senior Management team as required as well as Office Management duties.  The Chairman is a charming man and is used to having EA support. His current EA has been with him for a long time and is only leaving for geographic reasons, so loyalty is clearly rewarded.

Duties will include diary management, inbox management, travel logistics, personal and business administrative duties, event planning as required, assistance with letters and presentations, and some accounting duties including bank reconciliations and VAT returns. 

The successful EA must be outgoing, confident and will have great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour.  The EA  also must be highly motivated, able to work under self-direction and as part of a busy team, highly organised, reliable, able to meet deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Total discretion and outstanding attention to detail are required and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is necessary.
