THE COMPANY:

Our client is one of the top international law firms, they are looking for a two roles to work within their HR team. One position will be specialising in Information Systems and the in Rewards and Benefits. Candidates must have previous experience or strong administration skills and a passion for HR. The team is a dynamic and supportive environment and successful candidates will be robust, switched on and committed.


THE ROLE:
  • Acting as a key contact for all HRIS issues globally delivering an efficient and timely response to problems.
  • Maintaining global people data, ensuring consistency between the HR system.
  • Identifying common issues and supporting the team with one-to-one refresher training for HR globally.
  • Administer all monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure secure data transfer to outsourced payroll providers.
  • Respond to payroll related queries from UK based employees and the HR team.
  • Process all monthly payroll reports for flexible benefits providers and pension Automatic Enrolment.
  • Day to day administration of the flexible benefits scheme, including the administration associated with the annual renewal process.
  • Process all reward and benefits data through the payroll system and ensure this data is kept up-to-date.
  • Respond to benefits related queries from employees, providers and the HR team.
  • Ensure all benefits administration processes are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Running audit reports to highlight and cleanse any data errors.
  • Creating and maintaining user guides.
  • Responsible for responding to data related requests for pitches and surveys.
  • Updating HR System with global employee data.
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with the global HR team.
  • Assisting with project administration (appraisals, recruitment, onboarding)
  • Producing reports for the HR team on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Scheduling catch up meetings/calls with global HR.
 
THE PERSON:
  • Must be unflappable and be able to deal with difficult personalities and requests
  • Excellent Excel knowledge including vlookup function
  • Ability to develop relationships with team members, across a number of different cultures and time zones
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of confidentiality
