PA - High Profile Founder

A rare and exciting opportunity for an organised, flexible and committed PA to support the high profile Founder of a leading global beauty brand! This is a Private and Business PA role which would suit a PA with a celebrity management background. The ideal person will have strong contacts, be able to source the best makeup artists/stylists & Hairdressers and book the best car services etc.

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

• Management of diary, itineraries, travel arrangements
• Management of private and professional events
• Management of interviews, personal press, personal appearances and personal blog, speeches etc.
• Sourcing the best makeup artists/stylists & Hairdressers
• Assisting with photoshoots
• Running Errands as necessary, sending Thank you notes and flowers etc
• Sending Invitations and guest list management
• Adhoc project management
• Office support including; booking cars & couriers, answer calls & processing expenses.

The successful PA will have a solid PA background ideally from within celeb management or a media or creative background, be highly articulate with excellent written and verbal skills and a passion for beauty and style.  A background in PR or Talent management also a bonus.   This is a hugely varied role which requires the utmost discretion, the ability to deal with celebrities and VIPs on a regular basis, solid organisational skills the ability to work under pressure in a  fast paced environment.  2-5 years’ experience.  Don’t delay and email me your CV today!
