This pivotal role supports the newly appointed hot shot CEO and Executive team. It involves coordinating international travel across many time zones to intricate detail, organising visas and really supporting the leadership team with their logistics for meetings etc. You will act as ambassador for your boss at every juncture and will think and work quickly to get results.

You are an emotionally intelligent graduate calibre assistant with 3-5 years experience working for exacting characters in a dynamic entrepreneurial business with a hunger for a challenging role. You are discrete with fabulous attention to detail to manage the very complicated flight schedules. You take ownership of every role thrown at you and thrive in a visionary and inspirational environment. You are high energy and thrive in a Go-Go-Go environment!
