This is a seasonal temporary position working on the Consumer Response Helpline for our client in Maidenhead. The contract will be running from the end of November 2016 until the end of January 2017

Our Client is a global FMCG company based in Maidenhead. Their products are recognised and adored worldwide.

Description

This is a business to consumer role, working on the busy Consumer Response Helpline. During the Christmas period, this helpline becomes very busy and therefore, extra support is needed. You will be providing support to customers in emotional situations and should have previous experience of this.

Profile

The ideal Consumer response Helpline executive will be:

  • MS Office proficient
  • Experienced using customer databases
  • Experienced in 'call centre' environment with call queuing system
  • Able to log details on system whilst taking calls
  • Able to use various sources of information to resolve queries
