Cool Advertising agency based in West London, are looking for an immaculately presented, articulate and energetic receptionist to join their growing team on a 6 month FTC. role offers an amazing office with a fun and vibrant environment, incredible benefits and a great team!
On a day to day basis you will be meeting and greeting clients, taking calls, preparing meeting rooms, assisting the catering team and generally taking care of the reception area. You will be involved in any office events alongside the operations team and will be kept very busy!
To be considered for this role you must be a very well presented, suited to a creative agency, personable and really willing to help. You should be smiley and charming. You must be articulate and ideally have a background in advertising or similar. You will genuinely love what you do!
