Handle Recruitment are currently working with a successful experiential media agency, based in West London to find their next Administrator to support the Sales and Marketing team, on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, our client is happy to consider a full time (9:30am - 5:30pm) candidate or someone who is looking for part time hours (9:30am - 3pm).

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team in producing client presentations and with client research
  • Managing all awards entries (in collaboration with the Relationship team)
  • Managing all case studies for completed projects
  • Managing & completing requests for information and requests for proposals, as well as supporting on pitches
  • Supporting head of PR, including writing press releases and thought-led opinion pieces. Monitoring and reporting on press coverage and supporting journalists
  • Working with the team on creating external marketing material
  • Coordinating and researching company sales efforts and marketing campaigns
  • Managing, coordinating and updating the CRM system
  • Assisting with scheduling of internal/external meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements and expenses for the team
  • Owning and managing all sales and marketing information
  • Helping with changes and updates to the company website
  • Dealing with client and internal team queries

Experience and attitude required:

  • A minimum of 2 year's experience in an admin facing role (preferable within a creative industry).
  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages.
  • A self-motivator, who is approachable, happy to help and keen to be involved.
  • Able to commute to the West London office with ease.
