A family office in South West London has a vacancy for a charming Receptionist full of personality to be responsible for their Front of House and Reception. The company deals with HNW Clients and Entrepreneurs providing financial advice and guidance. You will be a hands on Receptionist involved in all queries and questions, managing a busy entrance and offering high end customer service to visitors and clients alike. As the company is expanding the Reception and Front of House position is in high demand - You will be the go-to member of the team to help internally and externally! (GENEROUS SALARY AND GREAT LOCATION)

Duties and Qualities:

*Answering telephone calls, emails and post
*Responsible for presentation of the front office
*Meet & Greet all visitors / clients
*Liaising with Senior Members
*Coordinator meeting rooms, couriers and some travel arrangements
