Build your expertise within a leading global law firm supporting a team of Fee Earners within the Real Estate department.  The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial Property Legal PA experience and be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of all Conveyancing procedures and searches.  The workload is varied and the Legal PA will be expected to build a good understanding of the nature of the Fee Earners’ work, client base as well as be able to build strong internal relationships with other PA’s.   If you are looking for a diverse and challenging role, then look no further. 

As a Legal PA you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering a high quality and professional service to a Partner and small team of Fee Earners in Real Estate
  • Arranging meetings both internally and externally and on a global basis
  • Carrying out Conveyancing searches, Land Registry searches and other property-related admin including producing engrossments and other legal documents
  • Audio dictation and document comparisons
  • Organising and prioritising busy workloads
  • Full diary management, arranging meetings, conference calls, lunches and events
  • Maintaining filing systems, e-filing, archiving and retrieval
  • Extensive overseas travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, Visas, itineraries)

Personal Competencies:

  • Previous Legal PA experience within Real Estate, Commercial Conveyancing
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with numerous conflicting demands in a calm and unflappable manner
  • Self-motivated, keen to take ownership of work and responsibilities
  • Billings experience
  • Ability to think on feet and work calmly in a fast-paced and pressured environment
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge and minimum typing speeds of 65wpm
