An international, household name in the energy industry is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Russian speaking PA to join their London team, based in beautiful offices in the West End.

This is a huge organisation that is renowned for being an excellent employer and is strongly sought after by many PA's throughout London. All staff are recognised and rewarded for their contributions to the business meaning a positive and collaborative working environment for all.

PA responsibilities;

• Supporting 2 Senior Directors as their PA
• Extensive diary management; organising and rescheduling meetings when required, prioritising, updating the Directors of any changes
• Coordinating international travel arrangements; hotels, flights, detailed itineraries, currencies, transfers
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Document preparation and control
• Running and collating various reports
• Ah-hoc translation from Russian to English and vice-versa
• Event organisation
• General administration duties

PA requirements;

• Fluent to business standard in BOTH English and Russian
• A proven background as a PA or EA or Team Assistant is required
• Ability to book international travel and manage diaries
• Strong use of MS Office including Excel and Word
• Polite, poised and professional demeanour
• Ability to work to deadlines
