A brilliant opportunity has arisen in a large, city based leading organisation for an experienced Front of House Receptionist. The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, managing phones and calendars, liaising with high-profile clients, booking couriers, maintaining the database and preparing key relevant documentation. As well as these typical paramount receptionist duties, there will also be a good opportunity to get involved in some over flow PA work on an ad hoc basis. Therefore, the ability to be flexible and responsive to the demands of this busy company will be crucial.

Candidate Specification;

  • Recent, demonstrable experience as a Front of house Receptionist within a professional environment
  • Experience in managing diaries and travel
  • Personable and welcoming
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
