Front of House - Reception Supervisor - West End - Engineering Company
£24 - £26,000 - Permanent
Ensuring that our Reception areas are running smoothly - managing our team and keeping the welcome and meeting areas in excellent order
Leading the way in excellent customer service - making sure all visitors to the building are welcomed warmly and met by their hosts
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, couriers, taxis and travel
Hospitality management, liaising with our catering teams and helping to coordinate events
Some general administration i.e. photocopying, filing and scanning documents and supporting our administration teams when required
Processing Emergency/Business Continuity activities as required
Fire alarm testing and maintaining records for Fire and First Aid champions
As an experienced Front of House professional, it is expected that you will be able to demonstrate:
Outstanding people skills both face to face and via phone including people management experience
First class customer service skills honed in Front of House / Hospitality roles
Excellent computer and IT skills including; Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of using spread-sheets basic level
Great communication skills
A proactive approach to work and approachable manner
