Front of House - Corporate Receptionist long term temporary role - City,
Financial Services Investment Company
£11 - £12 an hour
We have supported this client for many years and they are requiring an experienced front of house person to join their team of 3.
This role is an ongoing temporary role and the assignment will last for 6 months and has the distinct possibility of being extended thereafter.
Ensuring that our two reception areas are running smoothly
Maintaining the welcome and meeting areas
Leading the way in excellent client service - ensuring all visitors to the building are welcomed warmly and met by their hosts
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, couriers, taxis and travel
Hospitality management, liaising with our catering teams and helping to coordinate events
Some general administration i.e. photocopying, filing and scanning documents
Processing Emergency/Business Continuity activities as required
Fire alarm testing and maintaining records for Fire and First Aid champions
As an experienced Front of House professional, it is expected that you will be able to demonstrate:
Outstanding people skills both face to face and via phone including people management experience
First class customer service skills honed in Front of House / Hospitality roles
Excellent computer and IT skills including; Outlook, Word, Excel and experience of using spreadsheets basic level
Great communication skills
A proactive approach to work and approachable manner
