Employment Department!!

Legal PA: Our client - a prestigious City law firm are now looking for an all-round PA to join their highly regarded Employment Department.

Legal PA: You will be providing polished and efficient support to 1 Partner and a group of Senior Associates within this incredibly busy team.

Legal PA: You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including travel coordination, diary management, scheduling conference calls, digital dictation and much much more!!

The successful Legal PA will have the following experience/skills:

  • Exceptional PA/Secretarial skills
  • Strong background of working in an Employment Department within law
  • An ability to demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Dynamic and driven individual with initiative and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
