Team Assistant

Looking to get into Media or TV? This is a fantastic entry level role for someone keen to pursue a career in the media. 

Our client are a small independent company based in central London and pride themselves on offering a supportive and friendly place to work. 

This is a newly created position working with the Account Managers in the TV Buying team. Your role will be extremely varied and no two days will be the same. 

This will suit someone who is passionate about this industry and is able to demonstrate that at interview. Further to that, good communication skills, excellent writing skills and attention to detail are all required. 

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- negotiating with TV channels and stations to make sure that clients are reaching maximum potential in line with their budgets 

- assisting in the preparation for client meetings, internal meetings and pitches 

- assisting in the planning phase for clients
