We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to join this exciting and well-reputed creative branding agency near Farringdon
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Organising the office layout
- Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repair
- Managing filing systems
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record/award database
- Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed
- Receive and log all incoming supplier invoices Log Expenses
- Log all petty cash receipts and top-up petty cash.
- Understand and use the Finance system to track forecast
- Liaise with Finance Controller to capture client invoices
The successful candidate will have:
