We are seeking five star customer service focused Reception Team Member. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and people.

Receptionist`s duties include
* Ensuring a world class, 5 star service is provided at our client site
* Flexibility to work across various front of house positions (Reception, Meeting Room Management, Switchboard, Hospitality)
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Taking ownership of your role and being and proactive in developing the service further.
* Ad hoc- administration
* To be a Brand Ambassador for the client and ISS Support Services

We are looking for
* A "can do" attitude
* Previous experience working in a 5 star service customer service environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service
* Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
* To remain calm and courteous at all times
* Technical ability - Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced)
