Fantastic International law firm is looking to recruit an efficient HR Assistant on a temporary basis to provide administrative support to the Senior HR Managers within the HR Generalist and Compensation & Benefits departments.  Duties will include updating benefit providers for starters and leavers, assisting with pension administration e.g. handling transfer forms, requesting funds from the fund managers, assisting with ‘My Benefits’ window e.g. checking selections, answering basic queries, checking payroll updates, checking provider updates, updating PeopleSoft with benefit changes, basic analysis of survey information, ad hoc project assistance – i.e. maternity leave audit and generalist Team assistance as and when needed.  Applicants require strong Microsoft office skills and have high attention to detail, a polite, confident telephone manner and a smart professional appearance at all times is also necessary.  Previous HR generalist and/or comp & bens experience within a law firm is essential.  This temporary role is to start asap and will run until at least the festive period.  This law firm is housed in stunning offices a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street station.  Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30.
