Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join them immediately on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be based in their brand new Reading offices.

Description

Our client is looking for an experienced receptionist to be responsible for making sure all calls are answered quickly and efficiently. Welcoming visitors at reception and being the the company at all times.

You will be providing the front of house services,Handling all switchboard calls and providing support to Facilities Team.

Core duties will include:

  • Manage the reception ensuring that it is manned at all times.
  • To man the switchboard, transfer calls and send messages via e-mail.
  • To meet and greet visitors coming into reception.
  • To arrange the setting-up & booking of meeting rooms on a daily basis.]
  • On a daily basis to mail out all invoices and statements
  • To help and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks. (desk based

    To be successful in this role you must possess the following.

    • Educated to GCSE level.
    • Experience in providing Reception service to a corporate office environment
    • Must be an articulate communicator with a good telephone manner.
    • Must have strong administration and organisational skills.
    • Must be cheerful, motivated and a team player.
    • Must have the ability to learn a variety of software packages.
    • Must be positive, enthusiastic and confident.
    • Must be able to handle pressure.
    • Must be able to manage their time and be flexible.
    • Must be a team player.
