£25,000.00

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a growing national construction and property company. This exciting organisation believes investing into its employers and making sure they reach their full potential and so consequently you will be working in an exciting and vibrant organisation. Based in their St Albans office the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for all administration duties within the department as well as providing a front-line image of customer care to both internal and external customers.

Duties will include –

  • Managing and maintaining the database
  • Providing reports when requested
  • Processing invoices and payments from contractors and sub-contractors
  • Answering and directing calls from customers, team members and suppliers
  • Updating customer information
  • Delivering communication throughout the department of updates and information that needs to be delivered
  • All other ad hoc administrative duties

Our client are looking for someone who has strong administrative experience aswell as a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
