PA TO GLOBAL HR DIRECTOR
I am looking for an experienced, proactive, ambitious EA to support a charming Board Director of an innovative media company with a global remit. The volume of the Board Director’s work is vast, and this person needs a gate-keeper to manage her life. Responsible for HR across the world, she has numerous reports into her, her time is short and her responsibilities ever changing. You will be kept on your toes and need to be able to use your initiative, problem solve and always have a plan B up your sleeve, as often you will be working remotely from your boss who will travel extensively. There will be numerous corporate events to organise; leadership and talent programmes, helping with the recruitment of senior positions and assessment days and she would like an EA who will be able to attend on the day, so you will need to be confident and at ease liaising with senior professionals. Much of the information that you will be privy to will be highly confidential, so discretion is paramount. An exciting, varied, fast paced role, supporting a charming boss with whom you will have a relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
