Data Entry, Customer Service, Lost Property Warehouse, London Transport Authority

Your new company
A London based Transport Authority with several offices around central London. This particular office, based in Baker Street, provides a service for all the lost and found items found on transport around London.

Your new role
Working alongside the warehouse and customer service team your role is to log all items that come into the warehouse onto the internal database, take calls from members of the public that have lost items, recover the items from the warehouse and provide a straight forward and efficient service in returning the item to the customer.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a warehouse environment as well as some face-to-face customer service. You will also be adept at using databases and have the ability to pick up new systems with ease.
