OfficeTeam is searching for an Immediately Available Office Assistant to support the Executive Office of a Financial PR and Communications Firm based in The City of London. This position offers the successful candidate a salary of £26000 - £28,000 per annum and benefits.

This Administrative Role offers the opportunity to gain senior level business exposure and great career progression and would suit someone who wants to work in a good team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· This role sits on Reception

· You will be responsible for Front of House Management

· Meet and Greet Clients

· Manage Meeting Rooms, Facilities and Refreshments

· Office Administration

· Organise Office Events

· The successful candidate will be responsible for PA support for the Senior Management Team

· You will have experience of Diary Management, Meeting Room Management, Travel and Events Coordination

· You must be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills honed in a corporate environment

· You will be hardworking and professional, highly organised with a team spirited nature as this is a broad role

· The successful Administrative Assistant will have extremely high standards and an exceptional attention to detail

· The successful candidate will be articulate and confident
