HR Adviser - Brighton

We have two fantastic openings for 2 HR Advisers to join our client, a public sector company. These roles are offered on a Temporary to Permanent basis needing someone who is able to start ASAP.

The purpose of the role is to deliver a HR advisory service to employees and managers within the organisation which builds the capacity for line managers and staff to resolve people management issues effectively and professionally.

• Supporting managers in dealing with employment issues,
• advising managers at formal hearings to
• assisting in projects to support the continuous improvement of HR across the organisation
• Liaise with other HR Professionals and agencies for research purposes.
• The implementation of Health and Safety provisions

This is an extensive role covering numerous more duties than those just listed above so previous HR experience in a similar position is essential, preferably with full CIPD or equivalent qualifications. Must have substantial Employee Relations and Case Management experience. You must be able to work as a flexible and effective team member.

You need to be adaptable, receptive to new ideas and willing to adjust to new demands and circumstances. Displays a high level of personal 'drive' and energy and shows a capacity for sustained effort and performance.
