PA to CEO

PA to CEO of Pharma venture

A specialist pharma start-up with a potential game changing drug in mid clinical trials is looking for a PA to their CEO.  You will be at the hub of a small multi-international company with offices in NY & London with a small core team but also liaising with their Board Members all experts in their field and a team of adhoc experts and consultants.  They have recently raised significant further investment to take the trials to final stage, will be listed on Nasdaq next year and intending to double their core staff. The CEO needs an intelligent, experienced, detail conscious PA ideally with a pharma or private equity background and a knowledge and liking for start-up ventures.

You will be taking over the management of his time, co-ordinating regular international Board meetings, as well as international conferences and will act an important liaison point for the 9 Board Members, their expert advisors and investors. 

The role will be principally 1:1 with small amount of support to their legal counsel and office management.  He is looking for someone to trust, who has a positive personality, can help resolve problems, use their initiative and is not easily intimidated by senior businessmen.

Salary c 50K + Bonus up to 10%
