My client is a high profile boutique finance company based in the West End, who are looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the office and the Sales team. This company is fast-paced, friendly and attracts hard-working and intelligent employees. This company is looking to take on a candidate in a temporary capacity, in the hope to make them permanent. 

This varied position will involve:

  • Meeting and greeting clients/answering calls
  • Organising domestic travel for for Sales team
  • Scanning, filing and binding presentations
  • Assisting with event organisation
  • Managing Sales team expenses and invoices
  • Supporting the Sales team with ad-hoc admin 

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A team player
  • Have great attention to detail
  • A self starter
  • Well spoken and well presented
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Open to progression
