An independent recruitment consultancy with a great local presence are looking to recruit a bright and ambitious recruiter for a multi disciplined agency recruiting permanent, contract and temporary placements.
You will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment from the initial meeting with clients, actively resourcing the right candidates, interviewing and short-listing, arranging client interviews, referencing and negotiation to the final placement and follow up. 

You will have a proven track record of hitting fair monthly targets, you will be able to "hit the ground running", client focused at all times with excellent service and masses of common sense. You will have a can do attitude, be able to priorities and manage your time effectively.
Applicants will have a proven business development success in recruitment and keen to take on new challenges. You will be able to reach businesses that are recruiting and engage with them. Know there requirements and supply the highest quality of staff in order to become a preferred supplier and have a natural ability to build and maintain business relationships.
The agency has a long history recruiting office personnel and business support staff but also we recruit for other roles depending on client's requirements.

Great base salary depending on experience plus commission easy OTE £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
